Description

Mostly the item you purchase will be the one photographed and listed. Some of my more popular bottle designs will be one similar to the featured photograph.

My work is handmade including the glazes, so there will be variation within the range including size and colour. I aim to be as accurate as possible with photography and description, but I cannot guarantee that it will appear identically on your computer, tablet or phone.

Delivery

UK - First Class delivery is included in the price.

Overseas - Currently not available

Customs

Customers outside of the UK including Europe will be responsible for all import taxes if levied by their country’s border control. I am not VAT registered.

Returns

I do hope you love your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied please contact me using the contact form within 14 days in the first instance to discuss exchange or refund. Refunds will only be given once the goods are returned in the same condition as they were sent and ideally using the original packaging.

Damage

I pack carefully, however very occasionally items do break in transit. If this happens please use the contact form to notify me within 7 days of receipt of the item.

I will email in response requesting a photograph of the damage and providing you with details regarding replacement of the item.
